Thank you for your interest in holding your event with us here in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge! Whether you’re hosting a business lunch, a corporate meeting, or a birthday party, we want to make your event as memorable as possible; we will strive to provide you with the same friendly service, great food, and amazing beers that you would get visiting the Tasting Room. Our event space, ‘The Library,’ is located on the second floor above our Bears Den bar within our Hood River Tasting Room.
Do you take reservations?
Yes, we take online reservations for groups up to 14 guests. During the summer season (May-October), we offer reservations Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. From November to April, we accept reservations from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Please click-here to make a reservation.
During Summer dinner hours and on weekends, we seat guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a wonderful waiting area with beer and views of the Columbia River so we invite you to come early, grab a pint while you wait for your reservation or while you’re on a wait list.

Please note, large parties will have a 20% gratuity added to the bill, and we can accept up to six cards for payment.

Availability varies by season! Weekends and the summer months (March-October) tend to get pretty busy, and in the summer we’re only able to accommodate private events Monday-Thursday.
Please note that we only take reservations up to 5 months in advance.
A minimum head count of at least 15 is needed to reserve the space for a private event, and a minimum spend of $750. For private parties with fewer than 10 guests the minimum spend is $500.
At the moment, we have no room fees but we do have a minimum spend for a private space reservation.
