Kiteboard 4 Cancer
Twenty years ago, three local kiteboarders launched an idea on the Columbia River: that wind, water, and community could change lives. Today, Kiteboard 4 Cancer (KB4C) continues that tradition, in a renewed chapter dedicated to strengthening the Gorge community.
KB4C has benefited organizations such as Children’s Hospital Seattle, Children’s Healing Art Project, John Wayne Cancer Foundation, Celilo Cancer Center, OHSU Adolescent & Young Adult Clinic, and Project Koru, the local organization here in Hood River that was started because of Kiteboard 4 Cancer.
This event is independently organized and is not affiliated with any one non-profit organization.
pFriem will be selling beer at the event with all proceeds going to KB4C. Come say hi and rally for a good cause!
