Thank you for your interest in holding your event with us here in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge! Whether you’re hosting a business lunch, a corporate meeting, or a birthday party, we want to make your event as memorable as possible; we will strive to provide you with the same friendly service, great food, and amazing beers that you would get visiting the Tasting Room. Our event space, ‘The Library,’ is located on the second floor above our Bears Den bar within our Hood River Tasting Room.
Regular Large Group Accommodations
- Welcoming groups of up to 16 guests on our main floor.
- Enjoy with no minimum charge or room fees, and ordering from our full menu.
- For parties over 16, seating is staggered. We’ll try to keep you close!
- Large parties are inclusive of a 20% gratuity, and the ability to use up to six cards for payment.
Private Event Experiences
Full Seated Dinner:
- Enjoy our intimate Library space, seating 30 people comfortably, for up to 2 hours.
- Optional appetizers served upon arrival.

Child-friendly and allergy accommodations are available.
Social Style
- A lively Library rental for up to 50 standing guests.
- During off-peak months, our firepit area is also available for up to 70 standing guests.
- Choose from an array of appetizers and our signature beers.
Specialty Tier (Available October-May):
- Book 3 weeks in advance for a unique dining journey.
- Customize a three-course meal in consultation with our chef.
- Seasonal menus crafted uniquely for your event.
Additional Information:
- Tailor your experience with AV equipment, available upon request for an additional charge.
- Summer Bookings: Private reservations in our Library space are available 11:00am-7:00pm, Monday to Thursday, May-September. Holidays may impact availability.
- Decorate the space to match your event theme and make it memorable.
- All private dining experiences are inclusive of a 20% gratuity for food and beverage purchases outside of the room fee. Up to 6 cards can be used for payment.
