RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns for non-beer purchases within 30 days of purchase. While we will do our best to replace your product, we cannot guarantee a direct replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please include a copy of your packing slip with the item. If you don't have your packing slip, please include your name and a way to contact you if we have questions.

If you would like, we are happy to send you a return shipping label, so you don't have to incur any shipping costs. If you would like a return shipping label sent to you, please let us know at: store@pfriembeer.com. Just send us your mailing address, email address where we can send the label to be printed, and order number if possible.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for any product improperly sold by other parties. Such other parties include, but are not limited to, sellers on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and others.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Beer
  • Perishable goods

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet within 7 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@pfriembeer.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to us:

pFriem Family Brewers ships products from their Hood River location at 707 Portway Ave, STE 101, Hood River, OR as well as Brewery Branding Co, 5841 SE International Way, Portland, OR 97222. All products will be shipped in a timely and safe matter. pFriem reserves the option to change the preferred shipping method, if needed at no extra cost to customer. Once the product has left our facility, pFriem is not responsible for loss or damage.
