Dishwasher

Hood River, Oregon

The Dishwasher position is an hourly (plus tips) position which will be scheduled for either AM, mid-day, or PM shifts. Dishwashers are primarily responsible for keeping up with the continual operation and maintenance of the dish station and will take part in other duties such as the daily production of hand-cut French fries and opening/closing procedures. Dishwashers will be responsible for taking daily checks of chemicals and cleaning supplies, ensuring the organization and cleanliness of all janitorial areas, communicating needs or issues to managers, all while maintaining a reasonable level of organization and professionalism.

Prep Cook

The Prep Cook position is an hourly (plus tips) position which will be scheduled for AM shifts, generally beginning at 9am or before. Prep cooks are vital to the success of the Pfriem Kitchen. They’re responsible for preparing a wide variety of items, from scratch, using almost all methods of cooking, both hot and cold. Prep Cooks will be responsible for executing the daily prep needs as outlined by managers, will be ready to change tasks as needs arise, can communicate needs or issues to managers, all while maintaining a reasonable level of organization and professionalism.

The line cook position is an hourly (plus tips) position which will be scheduled for either AM or PM shifts. Line cooks are primarily responsible for a designated station on the kitchen service line and will take part in other duties such as opening and closing procedures. Line cooks will be responsible for taking daily inventory of their stations, prepping as needed, communicating needs to managers, all while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, food quality, and professionalism.
