2025 pFriem Beer Calendar Featuring Pilsner 16oz Cans

We’re kicking off 2025 with an incredible beer line-up celebrating everything we love about brewing—quality, innovation, and a deep respect for tradition. This year’s beer calendar brings back our core favorites, introduces fresh seasonal offerings, expands our limited-release selections, and, perhaps most excitingly, marks the introduction of pFriem Pilsner in 16oz cans—a highly anticipated release designed for those on-premise moments at stadiums, music venues, and festivals.

Core and Year-Round Staples

At pFriem, we take a classical approach to brewing Pilsner, combined with modern craft beer techniques. Imported German malt, and domestically produced German-inspired pilsner malt make a bright and beautiful base for this beer. German-grown hops provide lovely, flowery, grassy, aromatics, and an assertive bitterness. The clean malt flavors, combined with smooth round lager notes are created by cool fermentation and long cold storage. The result is a bright and beautiful beer that expresses floral aromatics, tantalizing malt flavors, and a snappy finish.

Rotating Seasonal and Limited Releases

Beyond our year-round staples, 2025 brings an exciting lineup of seasonal and limited-edition releases. Our rotating 16oz cans will feature a fresh mix of IPAs, Pales, and Lagers throughout the year, offering an ever-evolving selection for craft beer lovers. This lineup serves as our playground for brewing creativity, allowing us to explore new hop varieties, advanced hop products, and fresh takes on historic styles.

New additions to our seasonal lineup in 2025 include:

Earth Day IPA – A special release celebrating Mother Earth
Mexican Dark Lager – A marriage of Vienna Lager brewing tradition and Mexican ingredients and techniques
Cosmic Guava IPA – A Pilsner malt base with Krush and Mosaic hops, before adding Euphorics’ Cosmic Guava, a hop extract that amplifies the aromatics.
XPA – An homage to the Australian interpretation of extra pale ale.

For those seeking truly unique and premium beer experiences, our Select 375ml bottle series will release new and innovative styles every two months, offering beer enthusiasts an ever-changing lineup of exciting flavors.

The Barrel-Aged Program

The pFriem Barrel-Aged Series remains a cornerstone of our limited releases, showcasing the incredible depth and complexity that careful aging can bring. As one of the largest barrel-aging programs in the Pacific Northwest, we continue to push boundaries, blending Lambic-inspired brewing traditions with modern techniques and exploring the realm distillers barrels have to offer.

Some highlights from our 2025 Barrel-Aging Program include:

Lambic-Inspired Beers – Crafted using traditional spontaneous fermentation techniques and sourcing fresh fruit from local Pacifc Northwest farms.
Distillers’ Barrel-Aged Releases – A playground for innovation, incorporating a vast range of ingredients and barrels for blending.

Many of these exclusive releases, along with small-batch exclusive beers, are available through pFriem’s Beer Club—pFriemsters Union Local 541. Club members get early access to some of our rarest and most sought-after barrel-aged offerings throughout the year.
