pFriem Family Brewers has experienced incredible growth in the past eight years and has earned prestigious

of the Year by the Beer Connoisseur, Best Brewpub Experience by Oregon Beer Awards, and numerous
medals in national and international brewing competitions.

Our team is made up of 60+ multi-talented individuals from Tasting Room to Brewery who are committed to
giving craft beer lovers the best experience possible.

About the role

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside the team to organize events & sponsorships that
support the pFriem brand & vision. We’ll rely on you to research and book the best venues along with
negotiating vendor quotes & agreements. You’ll leverage your organizational skills to manage an events
calendar & budget in addition to coordinating team lodging travel. Your energy & enthusiasm will help us
shine as you create exceptional experiences that amplify the pFriem brand.


  • Conceptualize & implement events & sponsorships that amplify the pFriem brand
  • Organize company gatherings & outings
  • Manage event budgets & calendars
  • Negotiate with vendors on quotes & agreements
  • Arrange sponsorship deals
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with accounts & brewery partners
  • Develop event feedback surveys
  • Obtain appropriate licensing & permits
  • Keep online event information up-to-date
  • Manage & inventory brewery event kits & supplies
  • Coordinate team travel, lodging, and expenses
  • Lead both volunteers and support staff in delivering high-quality event experiences
  • Work collaboratively with other departments
  • Oversee beer competition logistics

Your organizational skills are top-notch as you navigate multiple events, manage vendors, and lead team
members. You are comfortable managing a budget and keeping track of event inventory. You keep projects
moving and communicate seamlessly with all stakeholders involved. You’re eager to take on fresh new ideas
and execute them to pFriem’s standards.


  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with the public
  • At least 4 years professional work experience in event management
  • Able to lead & manage a diverse team
  • Organized and detailed oriented with the ability to adapt to unforeseen scenarios
  • High energy, positive, and professional attitude that takes pride in doing their job well
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A love for quality Craft Beer
