Our team is made up of 80+ multi-talented individuals from Tasting Room to Brewery who are committed to giving craft beer lovers the best beer, food, and service experience possible.
This is a full-time role with a base compensation plus quarterly commission pay structure, and reports to our Oregon Market Manager. You will play a key part in maintaining, developing, and fostering account level relationships as well relationships with our distributor partners’ sales reps in Oregon. You will directly contribute to the continued growth of pFriem.

You are passionate and knowledgeable about craft beer and the beer business, highly organized and able to prioritize your workload and drive for results. You are growth minded and excited to participate in field sales and marketing activities. You remain calm under pressure and have great written and verbal communication skills. You are hard-working, will work well in a dynamic environment, but are able to create structure despite ever-changing needs. You are self-motivated, capable of multitasking effectively, and able to work with a sharp focus to close projects and a high attention to detail. You get to work for a company located in one of the most stunning locations in the PNW! pFriem is located at the Hood River Waterfront Park with epic views of the Columbia River Gorge. Mt. Hood is a short drive from town where you can recreate all year long. Your location in the Portland Metro area will allow you to be close to the market, while staying connected to the brewery in Hood River.
