pFriem Chefs Justin Congdon and Jacob McHale host Chef Greg Higgins and Chef de Cuisine Pat Strong for a thoughtfully prepared five-course beer and food pairing dinner in our Library with Brewmaster Josh Pfriem.
We will be celebrating Higgins' 25th Anniversary with a release of our collaboration Farmhouse Ale. Additionally, there will be a special tasting of our 2019 pFriem Brewers' Cuvee.
Menu subject to change based on the foraged bounty
Reception: a buffet of charcuterie, pickles, cheeses and other tasty bits from Higgins including Belgian Farmhouse Ale Sausage and Salami
- 1st Course- Nettle and Wild Greens Soup with Mussels
- 2nd Course- Beet Carpaccio with Migration Barley Tabouleh
- Main Course- Pachamama Pork Collar
- Dessert- Winter-Pavlova with Lambic Curd and Frambozen Ice Cream
