Higgins + pFriem Brewmaster Dinner


You are invited to the pFriem Family Brewers communal table for a memorable and intimate dinner.

Tuesday, March 19th | 6:30-9:00pm

pFriem Chefs Justin Congdon and Jacob McHale host Chef Greg Higgins and Chef de Cuisine Pat Strong for a thoughtfully prepared five-course beer and food pairing dinner in our Library with Brewmaster Josh Pfriem.

We will be celebrating Higgins' 25th Anniversary with a release of our collaboration Farmhouse Ale. Additionally, there will be a special tasting of our 2019 pFriem Brewers' Cuvee.

Menu subject to change based on the foraged bounty

Reception: a buffet of charcuterie, pickles, cheeses and other tasty bits from Higgins including Belgian Farmhouse Ale Sausage and Salami

  • 1st Course- Nettle and Wild Greens Soup with Mussels
  • 2nd Course- Beet Carpaccio with Migration Barley Tabouleh
  • Main Course- Pachamama Pork Collar
  • Dessert- Winter-Pavlova with Lambic Curd and Frambozen Ice Cream
